ORU Baseball Changes Fort Wayne Series Schedule

TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts baseball team announced schedule changes for its weekend series against Fort Wayne due to the threat of storms hitting south Tulsa. The Golden Eagles and Mastodons now are slated for a doubleheader starting Friday at 3 p.m. and the final game of the set tentatively scheduled for Saturday at 2 p.m.

Friday night's Dollar Hot Dog promotion will continue to run, while supplies last, and the ESPN3 television broadcast originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon has been moved to May 14 against Omaha.

ORU (28-11 overall, 16-2 SL) holds a six-game lead over second place North Dakota State and Western Illinois and Fort Wayne makes the trip trying to make a late push to qualify for The Summit League Championships.
