ORU Dominates Michigan State in Dallas

DALLAS, TEXAS – A defensive battle ended with great reward for the Golden Eagles.  ORU defeated Michigan State 2-0.

Alex Harris scored his first goal of the season at the 54 minute mark. Santiago Riveros was credited with the assist.

Corey Cantor added to the lead by scoring his first goal of the season at the 62 minute mark. He beat the defender and scored a left-footed bend shot passed the goalie.

 

Inside the Box Score
- ORU's defense came to play and did not allow a goal. Michigan State shot the ball 22 times and had seven shots-on-goal. ORU had a total of three shots.

- Colton Haskin was credited with one of the three shots taken by the Golden Eagles.

- Parker Johnson played the first 45 minutes and made three saves. Thibaut Giquel played in the second half and also made three saves.

- ORU's Thibaut Giquel was assessed a yellow card at the 86 minute mark.
