ORU Sweeps Pole Vault to Start Jim Mize Invitational

RUSTON, La. – The Oral Roberts track and field teams swept the pole vault competitions, and crowned three champions, on the first day of the Jim Mize Invitational, hosted by Louisiana Tech.

News and Notes
- Both Kayvon Stubbs and Christina Ollison—who finished first and second in the women's 200-meter dash—set new career bests in the event, running 23.62 and 24.35, respectively.

- ORU swept the pole vault competitions, with Makayla Linebarger setting a season best but missing her career best by .5 inches. Matt Owen won the men's competition, three inches short of his career best.
