KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – The Oral Roberts women's golf team continued battle in the top third of the largest tournament in the country Monday as the Golden Eagles shot 305 to finish their first 36 holes at 608, tied for 13th out of more than 40 teams.

Coastal Carolina shot 295 to take over the team lead at 584 (289-295).

News and Notes
- The Golden Eagles are among the top 22 teams who made the cut and will play for the team championship on the Osprey Point Course.

- Kennedy Ishee, Beatriz Garcia and Rebecca Hnidka all shot 75s on Monday. Ishee finished the front nine at -1 35, while Garcia finished an even par 36 on the back.

- ORU moved up one spot after shooting 305 in the second round. The 303 and 305 ORU shot in the first two rounds are the best rounds of the spring.

- Ishee continued to play well on the par 4 holes and is playing them even through two rounds, tied for the eighth best average.

- Hnidka has tallied a par of 26 of the 36 holes she has played so far and is fourth in the field in total number of pars. Garcia is not far behind with 24 pars.
