Volleyball Trip to Tampa Canceled Due to Hurricane Irma

TULSA, Okla. – As Hurricane Irma bears down on the state of Florida, the Oral Roberts volleyball trip to Tampa, Florida, Sept. 8-9 to play in the USF Classic has been canceled.

Official word from the South Florida athletic department is that "due to the potential risks of Hurricane Irma, USF Athletics has determined it is in the best interest of student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans to cancel previously scheduled events for later this week."

The Golden Eagles will look to make changes to their schedule prior to hosting the ORU Invitational Sept. 15-16 at the Kenneth H. Cooper Aerobics Center.
