TULSA, Okla. – Oral Roberts head volleyball coach Sheera Sirola announced Jeslyn Spencer signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Golden Eagles for the 2019 season.
"Jeslyn is an extremely fundamental athlete," said Sirola. "Her passing ability and physical talents to play on either pin will be a great asset to the ORU family. We are looking forward to working with her as she begins her college career."
A 5-foot, 9-inch outside hitter from Honolulu, Hawai'i, Spencer earned a spot on the Oahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division First Team as a senior at Moanalua High School.
Spencer tallied 64 kills, 50 digs and 18 blocks in 2018 to go with five service aces for head coach Alan Cabanting. She helped the Nā Menehune win the OIA championship in her junior campaign, the team's third title in a four-year stretch.
