TULSA, Okla. – For the first time since 2004, the Oral Roberts women's basketball team went on the road and beat a Big 12 program as the Golden Eagles went into storied Allen Fieldhouse and took a 70-63 win over Kansas.
Behind a then-career-high 25 points from Kaylan Mayberry, ORU beat KU for the first time in program history.
A tie game with seven minutes to play, a block from Maria Martianez led to an impressive finish on the other end by Jordan Doyle to give ORU a lead that they would never relinquish.
This is the first of 15 editions of the #TopORUMoments from 2015-16 as selected by the ORU Media Relations Department and a social media poll.
