TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts University baseball team caps off fall practices with its annual Blue-Gold Fall World Series Thursday, November 6 through Saturday, November 8 at J.L. Johnson Stadium. The series in open to the public and admission is free.
The opening game of the series on Thursday will begin at 6 p.m., with first pitch for game two at 4 p.m. on Friday. First pitch for the series finale is scheduled for noon on Saturday.
The Fall World Series is an opportunity to get a preview of the 2015 squad first-hand, including all-conference returners Matt Brandy and Guillermo Trujillo, as well as 18 new faces in the ORU program.
The Golden Eagles finished the 2014 season with a 30-26 overall mark and 15-15 in the Southland Conference. The 2015 schedule kicks off February 13 at J.L. Johnson Stadium when the Golden Eagles host Memphis in a three-game set.
