Preseason first-team all-Summit League selection utilized a medical redshirt season after breaking bones in his right foot during preseason workouts … after returning to practice in October, he re-aggravated the injury and missed the first six games … he returned in early December and saw limited action in games at Western Illinois and IUPUI, but once again re-aggravated the injury during practice the following week … the decision was made to shut him down for good in early January … played nine minutes and scored three points in a victory at Western Illinois … came back two nights later and played eight minutes without scoring in win at IUPUI.
