Quick Hits
• ORU is 2-14 all-time against the Sooners with both wins coming back in the 1970s. 2015 will mark the fifth time in the last six years in which the two teams have played, and ORU's fourth trip to the Lloyd Noble Center during that stretch.

A win Saturday would be the highest ranked opponent (7) beaten since topping No. 3 Kansas November 15, 2006. ORU also has top-10 wins over No. 8 Xavier (Dec. 18, 2011) and No. 9 Georgetown (Jan. 31, 1979).  A win over a top-10 program would no doubt also help The Summit League improve on it's 10 RPI, which is already the highest in league history.

A loss Saturday would give the Sooners 15 straight wins over ORU.

• So far this year, ORU has claimed the PSO Mayor's Cup for the third year in a row with a 70-68 win over Tulsa, and swept through the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic at  James Madison to win the tournament with a 3-0 record.

Albert Owens and Obi Emegano (MVP) were each named to the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic All-Tournament Team after helping ORU to a 3-0 record and tournament championship.

• ORU was picked to finish third in The Summit League in the preseason poll, although the Golden Eagles did pick up one first place vote. Obi Emegano, who has earned a pair of Player of the Week honors already, was tabbed as the league's Player of the Year..
