SPRING, Texas – Senior Blake Brorman and freshman Will Starkey each posted the best 54-hole score of their college careers as the duo helped the Oral Roberts men's golf team to a fifth place finish at the inaugural Colin Montgomerie Invitational. ORU shot 880 (300-287-293) for the tournament while Houston won the event by 20 shots at 844 (287-276-281).

- The 880 by the Golden Eagles is the best 54-hole score since shooting 880 at UTEP in 2012.
- At 218, Brorman posted his best score and earned his first career top-20 finish, tying for 14th overall.
- Of the four scores that counted for ORU, no one shot above a 75 on Tuesday.
