MONTGOMERY, Texas – The Oral Roberts men's golf team slipped back to a fourth-place finish Tuesday closing the 2019 Bentwater Intercollegiate after holding a share of the lead following day one. The Golden Eagles fired rounds of 292, 293 and 297 to end the event with a score of 882 (+18).
Oral Roberts senior golfer Cody Burrows finished his NCAA Tournament in style with birdies on four of the final five holes of his round, Wednesday. Burrows finished the NCAA Austin Regional in a tie for 34th place.
With an even par 71 in the second round of the NCAA Austin Regional, Oral Roberts senior Cody Burrows jumped more than 20 spots in the standings and sits in a tie for 39th overall with one round remaining.
