CONWAY, Ark. – The ORU men's soccer team beat the No. 22 RPI Central Arkansas Bears, 3-1, Saturday afternoon in Conway, Arkansas to close out nonconference play.
Soren Jensen tied the match with 58 seconds remaining in the first half of play to make it a 1-1 game. His goal was assisted by Kasper Andersen and Niklas Brodacki.
The Golden Eagles went back on top, 2-1, in the 67th minute when a mishap by the Bears defense resulted in an own goal.
Reed Berry, the Summit League's leading goal scorer, put the exclamation point on in the 88th minute to make it a 3-1 ORU advantage. Berry's goal was his 10th of the season and was assisted by Dante Brigida.
