The Short Story: The Oral Roberts men's tennis team swept a double-header Monday at Arkansas-Pine Bluff in non-conference action.
The Golden Eagles took the first match 7-0 before a 5-0 win in the nightcap. ORU has also won three of their last four matches heading into Friday's Summit League match with South Dakota State.
The bottom of the singles lineup dominated UAPB as Michael Sosnowski won at No. 4 and No. 3 singles, 6-0, 6-0. Sosnowski moved his singles record to 8-6 while Barnabas Koncz won his team-high seventh and eighth match of the season.
Jason Ly also was a 6-0, 6-0 winner for ORU in the second match at No. 6 singles.
Up Next: The Golden Eagles return to Tulsa to host Summit League foe South Dakota State Friday night. Weekend action continues Sunday as ORU welcome Illinois-Chicago at 1 p.m.
