FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.  – Including a sweep from Jaden Purnell in the jump events, the Oral Roberts track and field teams had the top collegiate mark in four different events, Friday, at the John McDonnell Invitational, hosted by the University of Arkansas.

News and Notes
- Purnell won both the men's long jump and triple jump events, with teammate Joshua Tabla finishing runner-up in the triple jump and fourth in the long jump. It was the first two wins of the season for Purnell, who now has 16 career championships between the long jump and triple jump events.

- The women's relay teams ran their fastest times of the season at 45.89 in the 4x100-meter relay and 3:43.08 in the 4x400-meter relay. The 4x100m time is just 0.7 seconds off the school record from a year ago.

- Having improved in each of her last five meets, Makayla Linebarger set a new personal best in the pole vault at 3.88m (12-8.75).

- Brad Dormeus ran an outdoor season best and his second fastest time overall in his freshman season, finishing the 400-meter dash in 46.95 seconds. His personal best is 46.65, which he ran during the Summit League Indoor Championship.
