TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts University women's basketball team will again appear on ESPN3 and SEC Network for a pair of non-conference games during the 2015-16 season.
The Golden Eagles will again appear nationally on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app when they travel to Kansas on December 22 to take on the Jayhawks. It will be the second meeting with Kansas in the Misti Cussen era as ORU lost in Lawrence, 84-62, during the 2013-14 season.
ORU will also make its second straight appearance on the SEC Network+ when the Golden Eagles travel across the state border to take on Arkansas December 10. It will be the second consecutive season the Golden Eagles will appear on the two-year old network after making their first appearance at Tennessee last season. SEC Network+ is also available through the WatchESPN app and available nationwide.
During the last four seasons ORU women's basketball has made 19 national broadcast appearances which include last year's Summit League tournament on ESPN3 which will again be broadcast during the 2015-16 season. Additional games at Michigan, Baylor and Oklahoma State could also be picked up by national or regional broadcasts as part of the respective school's broadcast agreements and announced at a later date.
In addition to the national appearances for the Golden Eagles, all home games will be broadcast for free through the ORU Sports Network at ORUAthletics.com, and are available on the web and mobile devices.
