DENVER, Colo. - The Oral Roberts women's basketball team opens a four-game road trip Sunday as they look for a season sweep at the University of Denver in second half Summit League action.

Sunday's game will tip from Magness Arena at 2 p.m. (CST) and will be broadcast through Pioneer Vision. Phillip Dowden's radio call of the game can also be heard at 1550 AM in the Tulsa area and around the world for free through

► Oral Roberts start a four-game road swing Sunday at the University of Denver. ORU is in search of a season sweep against Denver after sweeping the season series with NDSU on Thursday.

► The Golden Eagles and Pioneers split the season series last season with the home team winning each game. ORU took the first meeting in a dominate 65-33 win in Tulsa. The 33 points were the fewest since holding Valparaiso to 31 points on Feb. 27, 2006.

► With the second half of Summit League play starting Thursday ORU is one of the top defensive teams in the league. ORU is holding opponents to the second best mark in the league at 55.7 points per game with SDSU holding opponents to 54.6 ppg.

► Sophomore Kaylan Mayberry continues to lead ORU in scoring at 11.3 points per game. She is also shooting 34 percent from behind the three-point line, 13th best in The Summit League.

► Sophomore Jordan Doyle ranks in The Summit League top 10 shooting 39.4 percent from behind the three-point, which ranks sixth best among Summit League players.

Ashley Beatty has been an important piece for ORU during Summit League play on defense. The freshman ranks fourth in steals per game and is third in total steals during conference play.
