Women’s Tennis Welcomes Ostojic and Saletovic to Coaching Staff

Tulsa, Okla. - Oral Roberts women's tennis has named Tin Ostojic Assistant Coach and Amar Saletovic Student Assistant for the 2018 season.

A native of Zagreb, Croatia, Ostojic played all four years at Wichita State and competed for the Shockers beginning as a freshman. During his freshman season, he clinched the Missouri Valley Conference championship by defeating No. 120 Robin Goodman from Drake, 6-4, 3-6, 7-5. He was named the MVC Freshman of the Year. He was also named to the MVC All-Select Team for his singles play and the MVC All-Conference Team at No. 1 doubles.

"We are very blessed to have Tin helping our program," ORU Head Coach Beverly Dawson said. "Tin's collegiate record is first class and we are excited to see his impact in the spring."

A native of Tuzia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saletovic led his ORU team his senior season to finish the Summit League regular season as the No. 2 seed leading in to the league tournament. He posted a 12-8 record his senior season between the No. 2, 3 and 4 positions. He also posted a 9-8 doubles record at the No. 2 spot. 

"Amar, a former outstanding Golden Eagle has incredible work ethic and I'm excited to see that influence on the team," Dawson said.
