TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts volleyball team will make the short trek across town this weekend to take part in the Tulsa Invitational Friday and Saturday.
The Golden Eagles open action on Friday at 7 p.m. with crosstown foe Tulsa. ORU will then play two matches on Saturday, first at 9 a.m. against La Tech before facing off with Northwestern State at 5 p.m. to close out the weekend.

► The Golden Eagles enter the weekend 6-4 after dropping two of three contests last weekend at the Texas Tech Invitational. The Golden Eagles swept Abilene Christian before falling in five sets to former Southland Conference foe Stephen F. Austin in three sets. In the finale, ORU took Texas Tech to four sets, but the Red Raiders were too much, falling 3-1.
► Laura Milos has continued her success on the court from last season. The junior leads the nation in four categories and ranks in the top-10 nationally in five. Milos leads the nation with 1.21 aces per set. The Porec, Croatia sits atop the NCAA in kills per set (5.91), service aces (40) as well as points per set (7.29). She ranks eighth in triple doubles (1) and eighth in total kills (195).
► For her efforts during the Texas Tech Invitation last weekend, Milos was tabbed to the All-Tournament Team, her third such award of the season. She finished the Invitational with 69 kills, 14 aces and a .252 attacking percentage.
► Both Milos and Bojanjac continue to move up the ORU career leaderboards. Milos went up two places to sixth all-time now with 1, 280 career kills. Bojanjac is now fifth in career assists with 2,878 during her three-year career.
► As a team, Oral Roberts leads the country in service aces with 96 on the season. The team averages 2.74 aces per set in its aggressive style of offense led by Laura Milos who leads the country with 40.
► The Summit League named Laura Milos the League's Offensive Player of the Week after the Central Arkansas Invitational. It marked the first award of its kind for the junior this season after she collected six a year ago. She sits third all-time in Summit League history with seven weekly awards.
► Milos has been tabbed as a Summit League Player to Watch coming into the 2016 season. Milos is coming off a First Team AVCA All-Midwest Region award as well as being named a First Team All-League member in 2015. Milos earned the League's Offensive Player of the Week award five times last season.
► The Golden Eagles received 42 points in The Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll and were slated to finish fourth in the League.
