TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's soccer team jumped out to an early lead and cruised past Arkansas Pine Bluff 3-0 Friday evening at the Case Soccer Complex in the regular season opener for both teams.
Brittney Lawrence opened the scoring in the 15th minute as she finished off a breakaway to put ORU up 1-0. Caitlyn Hanslovan put the game out of reach with a pair of goals seven minutes apart to give ORU the final 3-0 victory.

- ORU dominated the possession over the course of the game, holding a 28-3 advantage in shots, putting 15 shots on goal.
- Ryleigh Bohnenstiehl and Paige Vincent split time in goal for ORU each recording one save in 45 minutes of action.
- Hanslovan is already halfway to her 2015 goal tally having scored four goals last year. Lawrence now has 11 goals in 21 games in an ORU uniform.
