ORU Falls to LIU Brooklyn 7-0 Tuesday; Defeats Fairleigh Dickinson 4-1 Wednesday

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Oral Roberts women's tennis team fell to Long Island University at Brooklyn 7-0 Tuesday, March 14, but defeated Fairleigh Dickinson 4-1 on Wednesday, March 15.

The Golden Eagles claimed the doubles point against Fairleigh Dickinson. Andrea Vasiljevic and Jovana Antonijevic won 6-4 at the No. 2 double position. Brenda Mercado Jove and Ximena Puentes grabbed a 6-1 win at the No. 3 position.

Jovana Antonijevic claimed a 6-4, 6-3 victory at the No. 3 singles spot. Petya Simeonova won at the No. 4 position 6-3, 1-6, 6-3 and Ximena Puentes grabbed a victory with a sweep at the No. 6 spot with a 6-0, 6-0 score against Fairleigh Dickinson.
