GREELY, Colo. - The Oral Roberts women's tennis team grabbed a 5-2 win over Northern Colorado Saturday morning in its regular season finale in Greeley, Colorado.

The Golden Eagles claimed the doubles point in today's match. Ceijenia Cornelius and Andrea Vasiljevic won at the No. 1 doubles spot 7-5. Brenda Mercado Jove and Ximena Puentes claimed their doubles match at the No. 3 position with a 6-2 score.

ORU won four matches in singles action. Andrea Vasiljevic claimed a 7-5, 4-6, 6-2 win at the No. 2 position. Petya Simeonova grabbed a win at the No. 4 singles spot 0-6, 7-5, 6- 4. Brenda Mercado Jove was victorious at the No. 5 spot with a 3-6, 6-3, 11-9 win. Ximena Puentes defeated her opponent at the No. 6 position 6-3, 6-0.

Up Next: ORU travel to Indianapolis, Indiana to compete in the 2017 Summit League Tournament. The Golden Eagles will compete on April 28 at 3 p.m.
