TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts women's tennis team fell short to Abilene Christian, 4-3, Sunday afternoon at the Case Tennis Center.

Although ORU did not claim the doubles point Sunday, the duo of Reagan Miley and Oleksandra Nahurska won at the No. 2 spot, 6-4, 6-2.

In singles action, Nahurska tied the dual at 1-1 with a strong win at the No. 1 spot, 6-1, 6-1. Aliksandra Lebedeva made it a 3-2 score with a 6-3, 7-6 win at No. 3. Rai Sengupta tied it, 3-3, after falling in the first set, 2-6, at No. 5 to then win sets two and three, 6-2, 6-3. The fourth point was up for grabs in the second set at the No. 6 spot when Flavia Gutierrez won set one, 7-5. ACU won sets two and three with a 6-4 score, respectively, to win outright, 4-3.

Up Next: ORU will travel to Beaumont, Texas, to take on Lamar Friday, February 14 at 2 p.m.
