NORMAN, Okla. - The Oral Roberts women's tennis team fell at Oklahoma in Saturday's season opener, 7-0.
 
Newcomer Zere Iskakova paired up with Gorana Kadijevic for her first doubles match in an ORU uniform. The duo claimed one game at No. 2 doubles, but fell in the set, 6-1. Oleksandra Nahurska and Aliksandra Lebedeva fell short in No. 1 doubles, 6-2, giving the doubles point to the Sooners.
 
In singles action, Lebedeva fell short in the first set 6-4, and then fell 6-2 in set two. Iskakova and Rai Sengupta each dropped their singles matchup. Iskakova fell 6-1, 6-0, while Sengupta lost 6-0, 6-1. Nahurska lost at the No. 1 spot, 6-0, 6-1. Kadijevic fell shot 6-2, 6-1, to give Oklahoma the 7-0 win.
