TULSA, Okla. – The Golden Eagles looked to get in the win column on Friday evening but fell to conference foe South Dakota State, 2-0.

South Dakota State opened the scoring in the 27^th minute with a chip over the Golden Eagles keeper.

ORU looked to take advantage of a goalkeeper substitution from South Dakota State at the break but were unable to convert on several scoring opportunities. Samantha See tallied three shots in the contest, landing one on net to lead the Golden Eagles scoring chances.

After halftime, South Dakota State extended their lead to two in the 59^th minute, where it would stay for the remainder of the contest. The Jackrabbit attacker managed to just slip it past the sliding goalkeeper for ORU.
