TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's soccer team (3-5-1, 0-0 Summit) will kick off Summit League play on Friday night in Fargo, North Dakota as they take on the Bison of North Dakota State (0-6-1, 0-0 Summit). Throughout conference play, the Golden Eagles will square off with each opponent once for a total of nine matches.

• Friday's game will open Summit League play for ORU in 2021. In 2020, the Golden Eagles could not find their groove, going 2-11-1 in conference play.
• The Golden Eagles closed the 2020 campaign in Fargo, going 0-1-1, including a 2-2 tie.
• ORU is 2-9-3 all-time against the Bison and 2-6-1 in Fargo.
• Sophomore goalkeeper Louisa Ramsauer sits at 132 saves in her career – Just one shy of moving into ninth-place in ORU history.
• Pamela Caballeros is having a great start to the season. In the Summit League, Caballeros is tied for first in game-winning goals, fourth in goals and average points per game, and ninth in shots on goal.

Opponent Information

• North Dakota State has struggled in the early going of the season, going 0-6-1 to this point. The Bison have faced a trio of Power 5 programs in Baylor, Creighton, and Marquette. In exhibition play, the Bison also faced Minnesota and Nebraska.
• North Dakota State has not found the back of the net since September 2 against Wyoming.
• Like ORU, the Bison have not played since September 17 when they fell 1-0 in double overtime to Marquette.
• Goalkeeper Sofia Howe is second in the conference, averaging 6.80 saves per game.
• In the Summit League Preseason Poll, North Dakota State was picked to finish in fifth, receiving 44 points.
