MARICOPA, Ariz. – The Oral Roberts men's golf team competed in the inaugural Golfweek National Golf Invitational and placed eighth overall at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Arizona.

News and Notes
- The Golden Eagles shot a 868 (+4) overall and 11 strokes behind field winner Texas State. ORU finished one stroke behind Arkansas State and Washington State for sixth. Oral Roberts had its best round in round one with a 287 (-1) score. The team shot 41 total birdies in the tournament.  

- Brandon Hoff finished tied for second with a 210 (-6) score and one stroke behind the individual champion from Ball State. Hoff had his best round in round two with a 69 (-3), but shot more birdies in the final round with six. Four of his six final round birdies were consecutive on holes two through five.
