SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Oral Roberts women's tennis team fell to Arkansas State, 4-1, Saturday afternoon in Springfield, Missouri.

The Golden Eagles won the doubles point after winning two out of three doubles matches. Sasha Lebedeva and Reagan Miley won their matchup, 6-4, before Cassie Cervantes and Arina Sorokina captured the point with winning 7⁷-6⁵.

Arkansas State pulled away in singles play winning four matches with the final two ending unfinished. Lebedeva and Miley took their opponents to three sets before falling, 6-3, in the third. 

Up Next: The Golden Eagles return home next week for a matchup against Wichita State on Saturday, February 3rd.
