TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's tennis team fell to Central Arkansas 3-4 in their home opener on Saturday evening.

The Golden Eagles controlled the doubles portion, as Sorokina/Goodell won 6-2 and Franzin/Wise won 6-4, securing the doubles point for ORU. Alongside Abby Wise, Cecilia Franzin won her first career doubles match as a Golden Eagle.
 
Central Arkansas won four of the six singles matches despite Grammatikaki (ORU) defeating Kazama (UCA) 7-6, 6-0 and Cervantes (ORU) defeating Fukashima (UCA) 6-2, 6-2.
