MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Golden Eagles couldn't overcome two second-half goals from the Wildcats as they dropped their first match of the 2025 season. ORU kept Kansas State off the board in the first half behind a big time save from Freshman, Eirini Manoukaraki who was making her first collegiate start. The Golden Eagles totaled six shots in the loss, two of them on goal. On the other end of the field, they faced eight Kansas State shots, five of them on goal.
