LAFAYETTE, LA. – The Oral Roberts men's golf program participated in the Louisiana Classics, hosted by the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns at Oakbourne CC in Lafayette, Louisiana.
 
Oakbourne CC is a par 72 course that plays 6,898 yards. The course played over par in all three rounds of the Louisiana Classics.

As a team, ORU finished one-under par (283-292-288) and placed 11^th in the 16-team field. Ben Gratzl and Jorge Sanchez Gutierrez each finished in the top 30 at two-under par. Texas A&M (#29) took home the team title, shooting 24-under par (278-275-287). Louisiana's Malan Potgieter (#78) won the individual title, finishing at fifteen-under par (65-67-69).

Jorge Sanchez Gutierrez fired 70-74-70, earning a T29 finish at two-under par. Carded 14 birdies through three rounds at Oakbourne CC.

Ben Gratzl also tied for 29th at two-under par (75-70-69). Bested Sanchez's 14 birdies with 15 of his own.

Gustav Liljeberg shot 70-73-76 (+3) to close out the Louisiana Classic tied for 54^th. Got off to a two-under 70 start in round one, tallying 11 birdies on the week.
 
Phillip Voetmann concluded the Louisiana Classics tied for 62^nd with a score of five-over par (69-75-77). Shot a team-low 69 (-3) in round one.
 
Christian Johnson rounded out the scoring for ORU, shooting 74-75-73 (+6). Johnson placed tied for 67^th.
