LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. – The Oral Roberts men's golf program competed at the Bell Bank "Pay It Forward" Collegiate, hosted by Minnesota at Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The Golden Eagles placed seventh out of 17 teams, while Charlie Mooney competed individually in his first event of the 2025-26 season.
 
Wigwam Resort - Gold is a par-72 course that plays 7,322 yards. The average score over the three-round tournament was 73.85.

As a team, ORU finished even-par (285-292-287) and placed seventh in the 17-team field.
 
Jorge Sanchez Gutierrez earned his second straight top 10 finish at four under par (72-70-70) while Christian Johnson closed his week in the top 20 at two under par (69-70-75). Marquette took home the team title, shooting 21 under par (282-282-279). Emil Riegger (#137) from Maryland won the individual title, finishing at 10 under par (66-69-71).

Jorge Sanchez Gutierrez fired 72-70-70, earning a T10 finish at four under par. He carded 11 birdies and two eagles through three rounds at Wigwam Resort.

Christian Johnson tied for 18th at two under par (69-70-75). Johnson carded the lone round in the 60's for the Golden Eagles and racked up a team-high 12 birdies.

Gustav Liljeberg shot 73-76-71 (+4) to close out the Bell Bank "Pay It Forward" Collegiate, tied for 41^st.
 
Ben Gratzl concluded the Bell Bank "Pay It Forward" Collegiate tied for 41^st with a score of four over par (72-77-71).
 
Phillip Voetmann rounded out the scoring for ORU, shooting 72-76-77 (+9). Voetmann placed tied for 65^th.
 
Charlie Mooney competed individually, shooting 70-76-75 (+5) to earn a T47 finish. Mooney competed in his first tournament since the N.I.T. in February of last year.
