- The Mean Green have won two straight over ULM (1-0) and McNeese State (4-2).
- UNT is coming off a week that saw them nab two of the American Conference's weekly awards, as Claire Niedermeier was named Offensive Player of the Week and Sarah Margaret Seabrook earned Goalkeeper of the Week honors.
