Indoor - Opened the season at the 2019 Graduate Classic running as a member of the distance medley relay (10:21.38)...Ran a season best 800m time of 2:02.39 at the Iowa State Classic...Was part of the 4x400m team that finished second at the Nebraska Tune-Up (3:20.40). Outdoor - Ran the 800m (1:54.41) and 1500m (4:11.48) at the Herm Wilson Invitational to open the season...Recorded a personal best 800m time of 1:51.81 at the Corky/Crofoot Shootout on April 26...Competed at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships finishing the 800m in 1:54.30.
