2012-13 (Sophomore)
Competed in eight indoor and five outdoor races and set new personal bests in the indoor 3k (9:10.94), and the outdoor 5k (15:57.13) and 10k (33.47.53).



2011-12 (Freshman)
Ran a career-best 4:36.73 in the indoor mile at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 27) ... competed in eight indoor and five outdoor meets.



High School
Helped lelad his Owatonna High School team to a conference and section championship under coach Dave Chatelaine ... went to the state championship four years in a row earning multiple all-conference honors ... was also named the team captain.

Son of Scott and Joan Peterson ... came to ORU because it fulfilled his expectations of what he wanted out of his educational experience ... majoring in engineering and physics
