One of the top middle distance runners on the team, won the 2013 Southland Conference Indoor 800m Championship.
INDOOR
Competed in a number of events, including the 4x400m relay, distance medly and open 800m run during the indoor season ... ran aseason best 1:52.59at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 7) to finish 11th. Won the SLC Indoor 800m Championship with a time of 1:53.47 ... was also a member of the winning 4x400m relay team at hte Herm Wilson Invitational (Jan. 10) with a time of 3:20.78.
OUTDOOR
Posted 800m victories at the Tulsa Duels (March 16) and the Track-It Buster Invitational (April 27) with a season best of 1:53.79 at the Track-It ... Finished second in the SLC outdoor championship and had four top-five finishes in the open 800m.
2011-12 (Freshman)
Posted career bests of 49.67 (outdoor 400m), 1:51.47 (outdoor 800m) and 4:10.85 (outdoor 1,500m) ... ORU indoor 800m career best of 1:51.84 came at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 11).
High School
Two-time state champion and 12-time all-state selection, setting school records in the 400m and 800m open events, as well as the 4x200m, 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams ... four-year team captain for Coach Russ Adams ... also a member of the football and basketball teams at Oak Grove High School.
