Dan Williams

Dan Williams was hired as an assistant coach in July of 2024.

"We are excited to add Dan in a full-time role," said Risenhoover. "His passion for the game, the players, and the program will continue to help us develop these young women in their 'Quest to be Champions' on and off the field and for Christ. We are excited for Dan's role within the program and can't wait to get started!"

Williams has vast experience both playing and coaching soccer.

As a player, Williams competed for two years at Feather River Community College where he helped guide his team to two Bay Valley Conference Championships. He then transferred to King University for one season where he won the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship and made the NAIA National Tournament. Williams then transferred to Northeastern State University to his final two years of collegiate soccer. Williams graduated from NSU in 2011 with a degree in General Studies.

As a coach, Williams began his career as a graduate assistant for the men's and women's soccer teams at Dakota Wesleyan University. He served there for two years (2011-13) making the Great Plains Athletic Conference Tournament twice. Williams also earned a Master's in Education Policy and Administration at DWU. In 2013, Williams began coaching at West Side Alliance. He was the Girls Technical Director from 2015-18 and worked with ECNL-RL Girls from 2022-24. In 2022, Williams was named the Head Women's Coach at Side FC 92.

"Firstly, I want to give all praise and glory to God because, without Him, this opportunity wouldn't be possible," said Williams. "I want to thank the girls, staff, and support staff for welcoming me into the program and making the transition seamless. It is a true reflection of the incredible culture that has been created."

"I'm excited to be part of a program that prides itself on excellence in everything that we do and am looking forward to contributing to our 'Quest to be Champions' and lifting multiple Summit League championships."
