Coach Whatley brings a dynamic blend of athletic excellence, leadership, and program-building experience to every role she takes on. A former Level 10 USA Gymnastics competitor, Brittney trained and competed at the highest levels of youth gymnastics for over 14 years. Her passion for athletic performance transitioned into collegiate cheer, where she proudly cheered for four years at Oral Roberts University, serving as team captain her senior year and competing at the NCA College Nationals for three seasons.

After graduating from ORU with a degree in Math Education, Brittney returned to the school setting, where she combined her love for teaching and coaching. She launched and developed the varsity and intermediate cheerleading programs at Mingo Valley Christian School, leading the team to top finishes at the HCAA State Pom and Cheer Competition in their very first year of competition.

Known for her strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to inspire athletes, Brittney is committed to building programs that promote teamwork, discipline, and school spirit. Her journey from elite athlete to respected coach reflects her unwavering dedication to excellence both on and off the mat.
