Tulsa, Okla. -- Ori Zuzic led ORU with 23 kills, 16 digs and six aces to help the Golden Eagles rally for a 3-1 (25-30, 32-30, 30-27, 30-25) victory over pesky Western Illinois in Mid-Continent Conference women's volleyball action here Saturday evening.

ORU (11-9, 4-1) lost the first game, 30-25, but edged the Westerwinds 32-30 in game two and 30-27 in game three.

In game four with the score tied at 24-24, Zuzic took over for ORU. She served five straight winners for the Golden Eagles, including two of her six aces on the evening. After a service error on the first match point, ORU came back to win the next to clinch the match.

ORU also got 17 kills from Maja Devic, 11 from Brittany Arnold and 10 each from Becky Brunelle and Kim Snow. Arnold led ORU with 53 assists, while Becky Dreher paced the Golden Eagles with 24 digs.

Western Illinois (7-12, 4-2) was led by Amy Sauerwein and Kali Landis, who had 12 kills each. Mary Olson added 12, while Lisa Esmond contributed 44 assists.

ORU out-hit WIU .229 to .208 in the match.
