University 3-2, on Friday night at the Cownie Soccer Complex. ORU
dropped their third straight close decision to fall to 2-6-0 and
Drake improved to 5-3-2.
Webb capitalized on a pass from Matt Kuhn and one-timed the ball in
the back of the net to hand ORU another tough loss at the 103:27
mark. The double-overtime defeat was the third so far for the
Golden Eagles in 2007.

was short-lived though as Drake tied the game just about four
minutes later on a goal by Matt Kuhn at the 32:11 mark.

grabbed a quick lead just a little over a minute into the second
frame. Drake's Michael Noonan scored after Luke Frieberg's initial
shot was saved by ORU's goalie Andrew
Techanchuk, but came right back to Noonan to give Drake a 2-1
lead in the 47th minute.
The Golden Eagles rallied to tie the game in the 60th minute.

Miguel Peralta fired a ball just inside the far
post for his first tally this season.
Drake held a 13-5 advantage in shots.

Breuer recorded one save.
Tonight's match marked the sixth time the Golden Eagles have played
a team that is ranked in the top-10 of their respected region.
