As part of The Summit League's 30th Anniversary Season
celebration, several of the most prominent figures in league
history will be profiled. This week, former Oral Roberts volleyball
standout Juliana Moser is profiled with a Q&A.
Moser is the league's only volleyball player to win three Player of
the Year awards, collecting honors consecutively from 1997-99. She
became first female in league history to earn two Scholar-Athlete
of the Year awards, winning the accolade in both 1998-99 and
1999-2000. In addition, Moser was a three-time MVP at the league
volleyball championship, helping guide Oral Roberts to titles in
each of her three seasons. Moser won more career Player of the Week
awards (10) than any other volleyball player in league history and
still owns the all-time Summit League record for career hitting
percentage (.361).
