TULSA, Okla. - The Oral Roberts University women's soccer team wrapped up its season with a victory as the Golden Eagles blanked IPFW 2-0 in a Summit League match at the Case Soccer Complex on Sunday.

The Golden Eagles closed the season with a 4-10-3 overall mark and 3-5-0 record in the league, while the Mastodons of IPFW compiled a 2-14-2 overall record and were 0-6-2 against league opponents.

Megan Giles finished her Golden Eagle career with an unassisted goal in the 24th minute to put the Golden Eagles up 1-0. Giles dribbled into the left side of the box, striking the ball from 15 yards out into the right side of the net.

In the 83rd minute, IPFW allowed an own goal to extend the Golden Eagle lead to 2-0. Kylie Dellis beat the Mastodon keeper with a shot from the top left of the box that went off the cross bar. The rebound bounced off a Mastodon defender into the open net.

Turning Point

Megan Giles netted a goal from 15 yards out in the 24th minute to give the Golden Eagles a 1-0 lead.
