Inside the Box Score (Missouri State)
- Both winners on the first day of the tournament, ORU jumped out to an early lead, winning the first set 25-18.
- After dropping sets two and three, ORU jumped out to a 4-0 lead in set four behind the serve of Bojanjac, forcing an early timeout by the Bears. The timeout proved beneficial as Missouri State came back and won it 25-17 to clinch the match.
- ORU hit a blistering .452 in the first set with 18 kills and just four errors, but cooled off to hit less than .250 in the final three sets.
- Laura Milos led ORU with 16 kills, but hit just .222 for the match. Shelby Cox took the load off her teammate with 11 kills to just two errors for a .529 attack percentage. The 11 kills were one off her career high.
- MSU hit .319 for the match, including a .414 clip in set four.

Inside the Box Score (Miami)
- ORU hit .292 against Miami, the third highest average of the season, having hit above .300 in wins against Northwestern State and Tennessee State.
- The 8.0 blocks put up against the Hurricanes were the most of the season for ORU and the most since sending back 9.0 attacks against North Dakota State in the season finale last year.
- ORU had six service aces, with two each from Bojanjac, Poljasevic and Rachel Provost.
- Roe's 21 digs were the most by a Golden Eagle this season and the most since Maggie DiPronio had 22 against Tulsa Sept. 19, 2014. It was just the third time in the last two season in which a Golden Eagle has had at least 20 digs in a match.
