• If Oral Roberts were to win at Eastern Illinois, coupled with a Kansas City win against Denver, then the Golden Eagles would be the regular season champs and top seed.
   
• ORU is currently 9-2-1, 3-1-1 on the season. In their last game, the Golden Eagles fell at home to Denver, 1-0.
   
• Reed Berry and Dante Brigida were named Summit League preseason Players to Watch.

• Dante Brigida leads the Summit League in goals scored this season with eight and total shots along with shots on goal. Brigida was named Summit League September Athlete of the Month.
   
• Miles Motakef leads the league in goals-against average and total saves.
   
• The Golden Eagles were picked second in the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll along with one first place vote.
   
• Head Coach Ryan Bush is back for his ninth season at the helm for the Golden Eagles. After five seasons, Bush has a 67-61-18 record at ORU as the men's soccer coach. Coach Bush was named 2019 Summit League Coach of the Year.
   
• Overall, the Golden Eagles returned 19 players and added 15 newcomers to the 2021 squad.

• Eastern Illinois is 2-11-1 on the season and 1-4-0 in Summit League play. The Cougars lost at Western Illinois, 1-0, in their last game.
   
• Last season, ORU went 2-0 against Eastern Illinois. The Golden Eagles won both games with a 2-0 score in game one and a 2-1 double overtime win in game two.
