HOUSTON – The Oral Roberts men's soccer team won its second game of the weekend with a 2-0 victory at Houston Baptist Sunday afternoon in Houston, Texas.

Early in the game, in the 19^th minute, the Golden Eagles took a 1-0 lead. On a corner kick, Reed Berry sent a cross to the middle that was touched first by Josselyn Petel, and then sent to the back of the net by Eugene Quaynor. Berry and Petel both were credited with assists and it was Quaynor's first goal of the season.
 
In the second half, ORU extended its lead making it a 2-0 game with Reed Berry's second goal of the season in the 69^th minute. Felipe D'Agostini and Petel both earned assists. It was Petel's second of the game.

- ORU had 13 shots on the day with nine on goal. Houston Baptist had 11 shots with four on goal in the game.
- Miles Motakef started and played all 90 minutes. Motakef recorded four saves and improves his record to 5-1 on the season.
- The Golden Eagles had nine corner kicks in the game.
- There were 15 fouls in the match and three cards were handed out.
