TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts volleyball team will look to snap their three-match losing streak as they hit the road for a pair of Summit League matches at Denver Thursday, Nov. 3 and Omaha Saturday, Nov. 5. First serve for Thursday's contest is slated for 7 p.m., while Saturday's match is set for 12:30 p.m.

Opening Serve
• Kaia Dunford topped the Golden Eagles in kills (28) and digs (30) in the team's two matches a week ago. For the season, Dunford ranks 10th in the Summit League in kills (256) and 12th in digs (291).

• Middle blocker Sakira LaCour currently sits fourth in the league in total blocks with 114, which also ranks 20th nationally. 

• Outside hitter Trinity Freeman continues to lead the Golden Eagles in kills this season as the sophomore has recorded 277, which ranks ninth in the league.

• As a team, ORU leads the Summit League in digs per set (16.10), attacks per set (37.52) and total attacks (3,452). Nationally, the Golden Eagles rank 11th in attacks per set.

• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Golden Eagles were selected to finish fourth, garnering 53 votes. Middle blocker LaCour and outside hitter Freeman were selected as the Preseason Players to Watch for the Golden Eagles as voted on by the league's 10 head coaches. In 2021, LaCour was a First Team All-Summit League performer, while Freeman was named to the All-Freshman Team. 

• Head Coach Frank Craig III is in his third season at the helm of the Golden Eagles and returned nine letterwinners from a season ago. In the offseason, Craig welcomed freshmen Kyla Randall, Kedron Burk, Natassia Baptiste and Serena Kohler to the roster, along with Utah State transfer Kalena Vaivai.

Inside the Matchup: Denver
• Thursday's match marks the 20th meeting all-time and second this season between ORU and Denver.

• The Pioneers claimed the first meeting of the season in four sets back on October 8 in Tulsa. 

• The Golden Eagles are in search of their first win at Denver.

Inside the Matchup: Omaha
• ORU and Omaha meet for the 23rd time in Saturday's match.

• The Mavericks defeated the Golden Eagles in straight sets back on Oct. 6 in Tulsa. 

• ORU is in search of its first win over Omaha since 2019.
