TULSA, Okla. – Tirzah Moore poured in a career-high 29 points to lead the Oral Roberts women's basketball team past fellow Summit League member, North Dakota, 89-73, Saturday afternoon inside the Mabee Center on senior day.

Following the contest, the Golden Eagles recognized their three seniors, Regan Schumacher, Keni Jo Lippe and Manaya Jones.

Katie Scott netted 12 points, while Hannah Cooper, Jo Lippe and Schumacher each chipped in with 10 to join Moore in double figures.

The two sides traded the first 24 points before a 7-0 Golden Eagle run gave them a 19-12 advantage with 3:10 left in the first quarter. A Maggie Manson three-pointer snapped the ORU run and sparked a 6-2 stretch for North Dakota as they drew within three, 21-18, at the 1:23 mark. The Golden Eagles tallied the last five points of the quarter, courtesy of a Scott triple followed by a Trinity Moore layup, to take a 26-18 lead into the second.

Tirzah Moore pushed the ORU surge to 9-0 with four quick points in the opening 1:07 of the second period, pushing the Golden Eagle lead to double figures, 30-18, for the first time on the day. The Fighting Hawks responded with a 10-2 run to trim the ORU lead down to four, 32-28, as 4:32 remained in the half. Trinity Moore halted the UND run with a three from the left wing and jumpstarted a 7-0 ORU stretch at the 4:04 mark. The Fighting Hawks tallied the last five points as ORU took a 39-33 lead into the break.

ORU stretched their advantage back to 10, 47-37, following a Schumacher layup at the 5:34 mark of the third before a quick 6-0 run by UND cut the lead back down to four, 47-43. Trinity Moore scored the next bucket to break the Fighting Hawks run and sparked a 15-6 Golden Eagle surge that upped their lead to 13, 62-49, at the end of the third.

A jumper by Scott pushed ORU's lead over 20, 77-56, for the first time on the afternoon at the 5:20 mark. Moments later, Tirzah Moore gave the Golden Eagles their largest lead of the contest, 81-59, with a pair of makes at the foul line.
