TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts men's basketball team returns to action at the Mabee Center Saturday, February 5 at 7 p.m. for Hall of Fame Night against St. Thomas.
ORU Athletics will inducted three new members into the Hall of Fame at halftime of Saturday's game. The 2022 Hall of Fame Class includes Jaci (Bigham) Inman (women's basketball), Mark Serrano (baseball) and Eddie Woods (men's basketball). The plaque unveiling ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. in the Mabee Center North Lobby.

Max Abmas led the Golden Eagles with 33 points in ORU's last game against Western Illinois. It was the 12th-straight game for Abmas to lead in scoring and his 19th consecutive game with 10 or more points. He was named Summit League Player of the Week and the Lute Olson National Player of the Week for his 56 point week on the road.
• Abmas (23.6 ppg),
Issac McBride (11.0 ppg) average double figures to lead the Golden Eagles offense, which ranks 5th in the NCAA at 83.3 points per game. ORU has eight players who have scored 100-plus points this season.
• Behind two 38-point outings this season, Abmas now ranks 2nd in the nation in points per game and is leading the country making 4.32 3-pointers a game. The junior recently moved past Eric Perry (1996-2000) for fifth in program history in career triples and has 282 in his tenure. He is currently 10th all-time in scoring with 1,653 career points.
• ORU is hitting 12.3 triples per game, which is 3rd in the nation, thanks to a school-record 21 against Southwestern Christian and 19 versus Tulsa. The team has made double-digit 3-pointers in 18 of 23 outings this season.
• The Golden Eagles currently rank 17th in the NCAA pulling down 40.6 rebounds a contest and 5th in the nation in defensive rebounds per game (29.8).
Scouting the Opponent
• This will be the second all-time meeting between ORU and St. Thomas. The Golden Eagles lead the series, 1-0, after an 81-66 win in St. Paul, Minnesota.
• The Tommies have dropped their last game six games. In their last game they fell at Kansas City, 81-72, and currently sit ninth in the current Summit League standings.
• STU has three players averaging double-digits. Anders Nelson leads the Tommies in scoring (16.2 ppg), followed by Riley Miller (15.9 ppg) and Parker Bjorklund (13.1 ppg).
