TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's basketball team remains on the road as they travel to face Western Illinois Thursday, January 12 inside Western Hall in Macomb, Illinois. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.

• Hannah Cooper, the reigning Summit League Peak Performer of the Month, enters Thursday's contest ranked inside the top 3 in 12 different Summit League categories and tops the conference in assists per game (4.6), free throw attempts (102), free throws made (85) and minutes per game (36.1).
• At the national level, Cooper sits 10th in free throws made, 15th in free throw attempts, 17th in total points (315) and 22nd in points per game (19.7). The senior's scoring increase of 13.5 points per game ranks third nationally.
• Preseason All-Summit League First Team selection Tirzah Moore continues to lead the league in double-doubles (7), field goal percentage (60.7) and defensive rebounds per game (7.2). Nationally, the sophomore ranks 14th in rebounds per game (10.8), 15th in field goal percentage, 23rd in defensive rebounds per game and 26th in double-doubles.
• The Golden Eagles continue to sit atop the Summit League in scoring, averaging 74.0 points per game.
• ORU is coming off a difficult non-conference slate that featured three 2022 NCAA Tournament qualifiers, four Power 5 opponents and seven road contests.Â
• The Golden Eagles are led by head coach Kelsi Musick, who enters her first season at the helm. Musick and her staff returned six players from last season's squad and welcomed eight newcomers, three freshmen and five transfers, in the offseason.
• In her 14th season as a head coach, Musick holds a 264-136 career record.
• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Golden Eagles were selected to finish third.
