TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's basketball team returns home to the Mabee Center for the first time since New Year's Eve as they host Summit League foe North Dakota State Thursday at 7 p.m.

• Coming off her third 30-plus point performance of the season, Hannah Cooper leads the Summit League in total points with 364. The senior also tops the league in free throw attempts (122), free throws made (102), minutes per game (36.1), steals (39) and steals per game (2.2).

• Nationally, Cooper sits seventh in free throws made (102), ninth in free throw attempts (122), 11th in total points (364), 19th in points per game (20.2) and 26th in field goals made (124). The El Paso, Texas, native's scoring increase of 13.7 points per game ranks third in the nation.

• Sharpshooter Delaney Nix is coming off a career-high 27 points against St. Thomas on Saturday. In her last two contests, the senior is averaging 22.0 points per game and has made 11 three-pointers.

• Forward Tirzah Moore, a Preseason All-Summit League First Team selection, ranks first in the conference in double-doubles (8), defensive rebounds per game (7.4) and rebounds per game (10.9).

• At the national level, Moore is 13th in rebounds per game, 19th in defensive rebounds per game and 23rd in double-doubles.

• The Golden Eagles continue to rank inside the top 50 nationally in scoring offense, averaging 75.2 points per game.

• ORU faced a difficult non-conference slate that featured three 2022 NCAA Tournament qualifiers, four Power 5 opponents and seven road contests. 

• The Golden Eagles are led by head coach Kelsi Musick, who enters her first season at the helm. Musick and her staff returned six players from last season's squad and welcomed eight newcomers, three freshmen and five transfers, in the offseason.

• In her 14th season as a head coach, Musick holds a 265-137 career record.

• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Golden Eagles were selected to finish third.


Inside the Matchup
• Thursday's contest marks the 28th meeting all-time between ORU and NDSU.

• Despite the Bison winning three of the last four contests, the Golden Eagles still lead the all-time series, 19-8. Inside the Mabee Center, ORU is 12-1 all-time against North Dakota State.

• The Bison enter Thursday's contest riding a three-game winning streak and own a 6-1 mark in league play.

• Heaven Hamling, a Preseason All-Summit League First Team selection, leads the offensive attack for NDSU as the senior averages 16.5 points and 3.8 assists per game.

• In the Summit League Preseason Coaches' Poll, NDSU was picked to finish fifth.
